 Swansen, Charlotte.  Born  9/24/47.  Died 9/14/13.  Charlotte Szymanski, 66, was born Sept. 24, 1947 in Duluth, the daughter of Paul and Mary Ann (Zelka) Swansen.  She died in her home in East Grand Forks, Minn.  She grew up in Duluth and graduated from Denfeld High School in Duluth.  She married William Szymanski in Duluth, on Feb. 3, 1967. They moved to East Grand in 1983 where she worked for the U.S. Government and GFAFB as a household goods counselor, retiring in 2006.  She is survived by her husband William of East Grand Forks; two sons, Paul (Sharon) of Hutchinson, John of East Grand Forks; four grandchildren; one sister, Patricia (Daniel) Wegleitner; two brothers, Jeff (Rhonda) Swansen, and Marty Swansen all of Duluth.
