Charles W. Moe, 60, of Victoria, Minn. passed away Tuesday June 12, 2007 in Waconia, Minn. Charlie was born  in Duluth to Ralph and Shirley (Anderson) Moe. He was a 1965 graduate of Denfeld High School. On Jan. 20, 1968 he married JoAnn Stensund, in Duluth. He was a member of Proctor Moose Lodge 1302, Trinity Masonic Lodge no. 282- 32 Degree, Scottish Rite, Valley of Duluth- 32 Degree. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. Charlie was formerly employed as field manager for Twin Ports Grocery, Gateway Foods and Scrivner Foods. He was the previous owner and operator of Moose Lake IGA. Currently, he was employed at Super Valu, Inc. as a sourcing manager. He was an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his parents, and mother-in-law Alice Stensund. Charlie was a devoted husband to JoAnn, loving father to daughter Becky Moe and fiance David Potts of Waconia, son and daughter-in-law Bill and Sara Moe of Ramsey, and loving Papa to granddaughters Randi Brynteson, Mackenzie Moe, and David Potts' daughters Jensen and Mesa Potts. He is also survived by brother Dale ( Kathy) Moe of Duluth, sisters Nancy (Keith) Grammer of Duluth, and Wendy Grammer of Duluth; father-in-law Howard Stensund of Duluth and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
