Robert J. Elmore, 35, St. Petersburg, Fla. formerly of Duluth, died Tuesday in Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. He was born in Duluth, was a graduate of Denfeld High School and UMD, and attended Northwestern Bible College. He moved to St. Petersburg six years ago and worked as a custodian at the University of South Florida. He formerly was a member of First Covenant Church, Duluth, and was active in youth ministry. Surviving besides his wife Amy, are his mother, Elsie Elmore of Duluth, his father, Ward D. Elmore of Duluth, and his paternal grandmother, Faye Elmore of Fort Madison, Iowa. Services and burial will be in Duluth.
