A $500 donation was made for the 'Hunter Hut' with funds remaining from our 50th class reunion.
The 'Hunter Hut' provides food, toiletries and supplies for the food pantry and clothing closet established in October 2014.  Over 65% of Denfeld students qualify for free lunch and many have no food for evenings or weekends.
2014 statistics:  Average 60 students/month. In December there were 148 students and the donations received last year are nearly depleted.  It costs an average of $85 per month to purchase food and supplies.
