Life has been very good to me as I hope it has been good for all of you too. I am putting August 3, 2012 on my calendor with a reninder set to warn me a month early so I will have plenty of time to prepare. See all of you then. Fred Youngstrand - 11-14-2011 Hi, all!!! Since graduation I have been living/wandering all over the world. Now make my home in South Range with Lisa, Emily,Kynze and Faythe. Think of many of you often. Have a wonderful reunion next year. Glen Kelly - 10-31-2011 It has been a long time since I have had contact with most of you guys, but I can remember 1965 like it was last year, what great memories. I have had the pleasure of staying in contact with Scott Gernander through his basketball recruiting in our area of Michigan. I have been retired as the Athletic Director of Flint Northwestern H.S. since 2002, but it seems as if I have not slowed down, but life is great, I thought I was in heaven coaching and watching my sons grow up, but I think being a grandfather and watching my grandsons is even better..... I am sure many of the class of '65 have a similar feeling, Grands are the greatest. I hope to see all of you next August, I will also keep checking the website. GT Steven Bateson - 06-12-2010 I missed the summer gather at Jerry's last year but I am leaning towards making it this year. I REALLY enjoy our reunions! Fortunately I have been able to attend all of them. It is great to connect and re-connect with classmates. As we age and time marches on the value of our reunions increase. Thank you Linda for keeping the website alive! It is a valuable tool for keeping in tune with classmates and classmate events. Bev (Wells) Grindahl - 05-28-2010 Looking forward to seeing everyone again at Jerry's cabin on August 7th. Last year the weather kept some people from coming. It was cold and foggy in Duluth, but was actually not bad up at Jerry's cabin by Cotton. People who have lived in Duluth should know the weather can be very different if you get a little bit away from the lake! We are also starting to plan for our 'Class of 65 Turns 65' in 2012. We welcome any suggestions anyone has to offer. I would like to thank Linda (Schubitzke) Grayson for working so hard to keep this website up-to-date. Gary Mathisen - 05-14-2010 Haven't been on website for awhile, it's nice to see so many people that get online and make comments of what is happening in their lives. I hope we can get together again this year some place as it was a blast last year at Jerry's cabin. Avis Nancy Reijo Slowinski - 08-12-2009 I would like to Thank Jerry & Mary Jo for hosting the party on saturday for our Social Security (62) years. I believe a good time was had by all, the weather ended up holding off for us, and it was great to see everyone that showed up. There was alot of reminising being done especially about the old Merritt gang and neighborhood. I look forward to the 45 year reunion.
